The wall hanging in the sanctuary is by Nancy Livengood, and was inspired by Rev 22:2:
On either side of the river is the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, producing its fruit each month; and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
Nancy felt called to paint this image after hearing a sermon that spoke to this
message:
As followers of Jesus, we are called to be agents
of healing. The Lord will use us as we pursue relationships with people who
think differently from us, listen to them with humility, and be people of
prayer.
